What guests loved:
Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room with easy walking access to a number of restaurants and historical sites. There was road construction nearby but the room was very quiet.
Areas for improvement:
I wish they had a hot water pot for coffee or tea.

Areas for improvement:
Only disappointment was their restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner but it's August in Italy so that is commonplace that establishments shut down for a few weeks.

Stayed two nights in quiet room, high floor as requested. Not large, but nicely done. Air/heat worked fine. Location at beginning of historic area and near (expensive) fashion shops. Good breakfast...
Areas for improvement:
Non-existent wifi Tour group crowds in hotel and restaurant. Only one coffee station at breakfast Only one small elevator to top floor. Would not recommend attempting to park a car in the zone.

Very nice facility. Within minutes of shopping, restaurants and the many sights. Very nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful in arranging reservations.

The room was a little small.
